Every size here is tied to the foot length the brand builds it for. Find your foot length in the last columns, then read across to get your US, UK and EU size.
Length is only half the fit. US widths use letters, and the same letter means a different width for men and women.

Frequently asked questions
Is a US 9 the same in every brand?
No. A US 9 men's is built for a 27 cm foot at Nike, New Balance and Asics, but Adidas maps its sizes on a UK scale and lands a little shorter. The differences are small, half a size at most, but they are enough to make a shoe feel tight. Compare by foot length when switching brands.
How do I convert men's to women's sizes?
In US sizing, add 1.5 to a men's size to get the women's size at Nike, New Balance and Asics (men's 8 = women's 9.5). Adidas uses a one-size gap instead (men's 8 = women's 9). UK and EU sizes are unisex, so they do not change.
Why do EU sizes have fractions like 42 2/3?
Adidas, and a few other brands, step their EU sizes in thirds because the EU (Paris point) scale moves in 6.67 mm steps while a half US size is closer to 4.2 mm. Rounding to whole numbers would make two different shoes share one label.
