Accessibility Statement

We want every reader to be able to find their size on Fork Shoes, whatever device or assistive technology they use. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

What we do

  • Pages use real headings, lists and tables, so screen readers can navigate them.
  • Size charts are HTML tables with captions and column headers, not images.
  • Every image that carries information has a text alternative.
  • The site works with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline and a skip-to-content link.
  • Text and background colors are chosen for readable contrast, and the layout adapts to zoom and small screens.
  • Calculators work with labeled form fields and announce their results.

Known limits

Some older photos may have short descriptions, and a few long tables need horizontal scrolling on small phones. We are improving both.
